MRS is offering short term and long term hire out of personel within the specified categories. Our customers is mainly within the workshop related industry and land based projects in Norway.
For our customers the level of activity very often varies from almost no activity at all - to short term contracts which call for a high productive capacity. Resource planning and recruiting personel for such jobs demands a high grade of management (and cost money).
MRS can on short notice supply skilled workers - when the job is done the workers will return to us or they will be sent to a new project. In this way we get a very high level of productivity on the personel - and that is the basic philosophy of our company.
We are also subletting personel between companies with free capacity to companies with short term demand for extra resources.
